The KIIH Varsity Elite Invitational is built to deliver the highest level of competition possible. By creating strong matchups, we ensure every game is fast, physical, and meaningful for the teams involved.
With Junior and College scouts in attendance, the showcase provides players a prime opportunity to display their skill, hockey IQ, and work ethic in a competitive, high-exposure environment.

The Oktoberfest Showcase delivers high-level competition by matching teams for fast, physical, and meaningful games that challenge players at every shift. With Junior and College scouts in attendance, athletes have the opportunity to showcase their skill, hockey IQ, and compete in a true next-level environment.
What sets Oktoberfest apart is the full live-stream production of every game, complete with announcers. This added exposure allows scouts, family members, and coaches who cannot attend in person to evaluate players in real time, creating even more visibility and opportunity for those looking to advance to the next level.
Team Selection Criteria
The KIIH Varsity Elite Invitation is a selective event designed for the high-level 16U and 18U programs competing on the varsity pathway and national bound teams. To ensure a strong competitive environment, all applicants are reviewed and approved by KIIH staff.

- Scouts unable to attend are sent live stream link
- No Early Morning Games
- Limited overnight stays - 1 night - Hotel recommended, but not required
- Play meaningful games with compatible top performing teams.
